ACTION
There is no shortage of information, coaches, books, courses you can take to educate yourself on whatever topics you’re interested in or whatever habits or lifestyle you’re trying to adopt. The struggle is taking this knowledge or newfound awareness and applying it as consistent action. My focus is to take what I understand and turn it into actionable steps to help my clients thus minimizing the overwhelm and information paralysis that stops us from making small steps to stimulate change & tickle transformation.
REDEFINE
I’d like to move away from the conditioned definitions of health, happiness, success, beauty. So many struggle to attain their goals because they are based on societal homogenous norms which don’t even align with ones individual values. If there is one thing I’ve learned in my years of coaching, working and interacting with hundreds of people, we are not designed the same, living our lives in unique bodies, diverse histories, experiencing and interacting with the world in a unique way. So why are we approaching fitness, well-being, success with such narrow and rigid parameters? My goal is to prioritize taking individualized & tailored modalities and tools to get clients where they want to be. Always remembering to fit the program to the client and not the other way around.
MOVE
At the core of my experience and certifications is helping people move. Move better, move mindfully, move with intention, discover movement that is enjoyable. I’ve exposed myself to countless vessels of movement; sports, animal flow, calisthenics, running, dance, yoga, body building, powerlifting, Olympic lifting and CrossFit based programs. Our bodies are designed to move, if you haven’t fallen in love with movement yet, maybe you just haven’t explored enough options.

Community
I have always been driven by community. From growing up in a large family, to playing team sports my whole life, to incredible friendships, to the gym community, to passionate coworkers and workplaces. We don’t bloom without the help of others. As much as we love to call ourselves independent, there is no such thing. I genuinely believe in the theme of interdependence as a lifelong concept. People need people, and I love creating opportunities for people to come together and help each other grow, learn & connect.
Strong
Connection
Connection to others, to our environment, to ourselves, body mind and soul… You can’t be connected without being mindful, mindfulness fuels perspective, perspective provides exposure to new concepts, which stimulates expansion & growth. People hire coaches in the pursuit of change. Working 1on1 with clients gives me an opportunity know them on a deep and personal level which I truly love. I pride myself on the ability to provide others with new perspectives on how to overcome the barriers that stand in the way of their goals.
Strong
Body & Mind
I love helping clients build their strength in and outside of the gym setting. Doing hard things in the gym to push our bodies and boundaries strongly correlates with what we believe we are capable in our day to day lives and interactions. One of my longest shared philosophies is that “strength solves problems” both on a physical and psychological level.
