What To Expect

This process is completely virtual! Once your goals are clearly established, you’ll receive practical tools to strengthen your habits, optimize your nutrition, and integrate new routines with confidence. With ongoing accountability, this work helps you move beyond overwhelm and into intentional, sustainable action. No more restarting!

Depending on the package you choose, we will meet weekly or bi-weekly to receive feedback, discuss, troubleshoot, and reflect on what is, or is not working. You’ll learn the foundations of nutrition and fueling your body, cultivate movement you enjoy & create routines that feel supportive instead of restrictive. By addressing interdependent pillars of health (movement, nutrition, sleep and stress) you can begin to build a strong foundation for both your body and mind.
